When I tried updating Mystic Light and it began to install Windows gave me an error saying: "C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI\One Dragon Center\Mystic Light\MSIO64.sysĪn error occurred while trying to replace the existing file:ĭeleteFile failed: code 5. There were three files before I reinstalled: Dragon Center, MSI SDK, and OneDC SDK (uninstalled all these in Apps & Features)- After reinstallation there are two: Dragon Center and MSI SDK.

When DC tells me to wait for the SDK, my mouse disconnects and reconnects again, maybe indicating an incompatibility there. My peripherals are a Cooler Master Masterkeys Pro L (nice naming there) and a Razer Basilisk Ultimate with dock. I really do hope that MSI allows their users at some point to set RGB without their, well, it basically is bloatware. After a reinstallation the problem still has not been fixed, and with that I lost my RGB in my computer and my fan curve, which was fine because I could set the fan curve in the BIOS. It also crashed if I clicked on DC too early when it's still opening up from boot and I was able to see "Waiting for SDK Initialization." I made a support ticket on it four days ago and, while the automated response email told me to expect a reply within 24 hours, I still have not received a reply. If I tried to open it back up again it would say "Waiting for SDK Initialization" and then it would crash. But what wasn't usual is that when I clicked on "Home" to try to change back the colors Dragon Center crashed. I have an MPG X570 Gaming Plus motherboard and when I unplugged my keyboard for cleaning while my PC was on (keyboard itself from a micro USB connector) and plugged it back in once I was done MSI turned my keyboard red, as usual.
